I meant about Eichel not playing tonight.

But the proof is in the pudding, we trade ROR an he wins a Stanley Cup as the apparent missing piece to a Blues team that never could get over the hump.

We keep Eichel and get worse each year since no matter who the coach or GM is and no matter what players are brought in or out of the lineup. He's on the edge of a complete break-down after every game on a level that's starting to rival Ryan Miller and we are some how as of this exact moment at our worst, lowest point quite possibly in franchise history.

In 5 years we'll be talking about how the team folded and ceased operations, and maybe it was worth it for that Super Bowl win...

No, it just makes people feel better to blame the best players for the myriad failures of the organization. It's the Buffalo sports play book - blame the best, ignore the rest

We will see where this goes, as there are rumblings Eichel could be out longer term. No clarification at this time.
