Think the good teams have a blend of skill and team toughness. Teams know we won't do anything, so it happens more then it should, does stepping up for your teammates stop cheap shots completely, NO, but if you do it enough it will happen less. And maybe your team plays with a little more confidence and plays a little out of character knowing we have each other's back.
