Poorly constructed by the same ownership, management, pro/amateur scouting staffs that have been building this team for the most part of the last decade.

Unless trading Eichel results in the Pegulas selling the team or them overhauling their entire scouting/management then I believe it could get worse

There are rumors that Ralph Krueger may be moving into another position soon as well, which would leave the Sabres without a coach...

Remember when Eichel was being lauded for his determination and his game day rituals? You know, the naps and the me time?

How can your captain be a captain if he is doing his own thing all day and taking a nap all afternoon?

How can he help the younger guys fit in and do all the team building things that go into being the Man?

To me, it would seem like there is Jack the superstar and the passengers. Can this be a truly workable situation? The elite special person/ savior and the worker bees?

Lol exactly. You get back from a pre game skate. Eat and nap until about 3:30 / 4.

What if last year the only reason we had as many wins as we did is because Eichel wasn't broken in 18 different places.
