Josh Allen is more than a superstar, he's driven. I think coming into his respective sport Allen had less talent. And that's with all 4 years of college training. Seeing Allen console players after loses and always striving to be better. I bet that makes managements job easier to work with him and build a team around him. Instead of watching a guy pout, sulk and complain all the time.
