i don't even try to pretend to know what the political parties are up there.
but good luck to whoever it is you want to win. - kicksave856
The problem in federal elections in Canada is there is only one party that kind of "root for" the independance of Québec. So, if Québec sovereignty is one of your most important priority, but you also greatly dislike half the positions of that party (Bloc québécois), it's difficult to vote for someone who really represents your ideas. So, I mainly write down jokes for my friends on my voting ballot at every federal elections. It's like if you wanted Pennsylvania to become a country, you would not vote for Biden (who is kind of similar to Trudeau from the liberal party). |

Probably. I remember the Taylor Hall thing was really devious. He said he would not report if he had to play in the USA (Erie had the 1st pick) and said he would force a move to the WHL. - AdamFrench
I remember $300k a year for Hall for some reason. Those two years Windsor was crazy. Hall literally won everything...then went pro and can't win for poop |

Chiefs still run a lot of wheel options in their rb routes but a lot of runs have been replaced by multitude of screens - the new west coast I guess? - Takemedrunkimhome
andy would just sit on it for a while and then just bring it out and get a big chunk play.
then he'd (frank) up his time management and the half would run out while the huddle is breaking at the 40 yard line. |

I like Andy Reid but Mahomes is a cheat code like Bo in techmo bowl...not sure he'd have a ring with any other QB to bail out some of those decisions |

can montgomery run a wheel route? andy and his saplings love the wheel route. brian westbrook and lesean mccoy on the wheel routes were pretty deadly. - kicksave856 yep. needs a QB who can get him the ball early enough, tho. mitch couldn't. by the time he got to him, DM was covered. |

do people really still want that? like make quebec its own country or something?
i want everything below the mason dixon line to be their own (frank)ed up country and i'd also like to split north jersey off and make them their own state (if catapulting them into the sun still isn't an option). |

Hall is honestly one of the most singularly skilled players to play in the past 10 years. He can't play with others though. We always joke about finding the "right" wingers for centremen or vise versa and I don't think there is one for Hall.
In junior he ran players over if they got in his way when he tried to deke them and he always came out on top. It worked his entire life, but in the NHL, even Gretzky and Mario needed guys to play with. |

i think he was gonna win one eventually because he's so good with quarterbacks and so consistent. but man did he need a lot of trips deep in the playoffs for it to finally happen. |

I'm a believer in pressure>sacks as a lot of sacks are cleanup. PFF still had Mack as one of if not the most productive edge guys last season just lacked finish. A lot of guys get paid on sacks that aren't backed by consistent pressure. I'd take Mack on my team all day (other than the fact Nick Bosa is probably better at literally everything) - Takemedrunkimhome
i am not sure what criteria PFF uses because I saw mack being gobbled up by 3rd string tackles last season and he was totally useless against the rams.
the DC finally moved him around a bit yesterday and he as able to generate some pressure. i would trade mack in a heartbeat considering what he is getting paid. |

more the like the tyreek hill effect. he is a threat to go all the way every time he touches the ball. |

The year they won they were down in every playoff game by double digit scores in the 2nd half. Mahomes made comebacks. Yes it's a team effort and blah blah...I'm not sure Reid is more than a bridesmaid without Mahomes...and I like Reid |

They do snap to snap grades, he takes a lot of double teams and any player that does that frees up teammates, there's a ton of value in it. PFF is far from infallible but they are a decent reference point |

Do you actually need a coach? Pretty sure the world has proved that you just need Tom Brady's corpse in the room and you will make the Superbowl. |

Or even worse when Mahomes breaks the pocket and buys a few seconds. He's uncoverable |

Of the major sports I'd argue football coaches are by FAR the most important. Like it isn't even close.
Baseball there are already teams that only let coaches call from the excel chart.
Basketball has a bit to it but really it's your stars being stars.
Hockey has a decent amount but ultimately it's so free flowing the players, even within a system, tend to dictate more.
Football, because everything is so isolated on a play to play basis, it's a chess match. The coach is even allowed to talk to the QB/Defensive captain through an ear piece mic until 15 seconds before the ball MUST be snapped allowing for coaching while seeing the other team's personnel and alignment. The different ways a team will create isolations, mismatches, confusion is endless. The players are the pieces in the chess match and the more "queens" (not an ideal term) a team has the better. If your roster is all pawns it's hard to coach them into queens.
I'd honestly argue football coaches are underpaid relative to players |

I don't know exactly what to think because I think Kliff Kingsbury is awful. I've had Russell Wilson nightmares for a decade and I fear he's that guy but an even better athlete. He's got that "it" factor to him where he does things coaches beg you not to do but somehow they work and as a fan of a divisional team that's scary because how do you defend it? |

Nice. Yeah the 4 pm eastern slot messed up a lot of bets haha. I only bet on Tampa this week and I got them at 11.5 which tells you what I think of Atlanta. |
