It’s great to wake up to Canuck highlights of a blow out lol. Demko looks average and the mistakes are what trouble this team the most.

They seemed to have chances in the beginning. But going down 2 goals for a team that doesn’t know how to keep leads is a killer.

I am thinking of the comedy of errors so far for this new group.

Trade a third for Dermott for 18 games.
Hire an analytic person who calls the owner an idiot and he should sell the team. Then promote her to video coach only to fire her one week later.
Extend Miller now looking to trade him 10 games in.
Give up a second to move Richardie who has more points than his entire fourth line.
Trade for Stillman who is a dumpster pick up.
Tells media that they are not a top team and have no elite players. (Even if true do not say it publicly)

Honestly, I am not complaining about this, but I sure am laughing at it.

Way more than one thing needs fixing. Pretty much every level of the organization needs something: players, staff, head office, and ownership. We can talk all day about trading player X and player Y, but Aqua is too huge a part of this as well to ignore.

There were a few of us that were apprehensive about the hiring of this new regime and were just happy to see the old regime gone, but that happiness, at least for me, ended at the draft, which is how long I said I would give them until, to see the direction.
I didn't like the pick, even though it was BPA, as I am not a fan of BPA, especially small wingers and small defensemen.

Swapping 5 forwards when we needed D did not help this team chemistry at all. Everything looks disjointed with very little structure. We really really miss Motte and now D!icenson which when healthy Boudreau liked and was effective. The energy of Motte Highmore Lammiko is gone in favor of Lazar Joshua Aman ? I still think Kuz and Mikheyev will bust out but man what will it take? Never thought I'd say we need Dermott back...

I think he's trying to say 'make a save' but not sure...

He said they only honored the contract he was given. That was a spin... a deflection call it what you may but it was the team's option. They had an off ramp on Bruce's contract and chose to activate the option.

That’s not entirely true. Both parties had an option. Bruce had the option to see what else was available or come back for another year. Which he did, nothing else out there. The team had the option of accepting that Bruce would come back for another year, or else pay him severance. They chose not to pay three head coaches this year. Given the Bruce there it is crowd I’m surprised how many people are hating on him so quickly.
