Less talk! Blow this core up - CanuckDon
If JR really has true autonomy that should be his next move if this continues.

A bit early, tried it 5 times and got 4th OA four times, 1st OA once. The Canuck way. - VanHockeyGuy
I ran it 5 times as well and we dropped all 5 times, the Aquilini curse. |

Blowing it all up may be the only choice left. But there is no going back.
Maybe just one big trade will do it. Shake things up. |

Demko & Hoglander to Los Angeles for Quinton Byfield & Cal Peterson would be a good start! |

You get to the point where it doesn't matter who goes anymore.
I'm sure JR's getting some interesting phone calls.

It’s a total do-over, for sure. I still maintain you keep Pettersson and Kuzmenko as they seem to be the only ones who create offensively on the rush. Not to mention Pettersson is 23 years old and your best player. He’s also been one of the few who are good on the PK. |

There comes a point where the returns don't really matter as much as moving players out... maybe the Canucks are approaching that point. |

Anyone 24 or older should be gone, this should have been blown up a decade ago but the owner is f ucked. Expect more jerseys on the ice, why is anyone stupid enough to buy one in the first place? |

It’s a balance, you have to get something to rebuild with as well. |

Yes, but sitting on a player/players just because the return isn't what you'd expected is only going to compound things. |

Tryamkin may have been the smartest player we've had in the last 10 years, he wanted nothing to do with this team.

Where do the jerseys go after? Does Aqua wash them and sell them again? Seems like something he would do. |

They’re fine. Just need to play at a .660 pace the rest of the way to get to 101 points which should be good for top 3 in the division.
That’s something like 45-22-5. |

I'd prefer they just ice a team that's not an embarrassment to Vancouver and the NHL. - VanHockeyGuy
Zero tradition and zero focus. The focus is on everything but Hockey and a winning attitude. We still have an Orca as a logo FFS and the club has nothing to do with Orca Bay or whatever the f uck it was. Change the Johnny Canuck one to a giant FA on the jersies that stands for 'f uck Aquilini'. Start there. |

You can only bark so many times, I think a good portion of this roster would welcome a change.
