Also, all the people ragging on King/the PP should maybe direct their anger to whoever runs the PK? That thing is atrocious - NewYorkNuck
I believe some were ragging on him mostly during the games where the 3 selfish ones would only pass amongst themselves.
They have now clued in that all 5 players need to be touching the puck. |

According to this fancy stats list, Kuzmenko is the Canucks best, followed by the teams #1 centre, Bo Horvat, then the teams #2 "centre" Pouty.

I've felt that way about most if not all of his games this year. Always looks a little shakey but somehow squeezes points every time. - NorthNuck
Demko has played just as well. Problem is the team hasn’t put an 8 in the board until now. |

I know a lot of us would like to see a teardown, but realistically, I doubt we see that happen.
I could see, Garland, Boeser, Hoglander and Stillman as players they are willing to move. |

How about them Boston Bruins👍 |

I guess as long as the concession sales are strong nothing else really matters. |

So in 2 seasons we better have a LHD on an ELC to replace him... Imagine getting a guy not quite as good for 4m and essentially paying 8.7m to replace OEL in his final 2 years? |

Bit too early to give up on Stillman, the other 3 could be made available.
Kuzmenko will force their hand if he keeps on putting up those numbers. |

He's got JTM's #'s (10 pts 11 games) playing about 25% less ice time, so yes his agent can make a case if he keeps it up. |

They can build the defense from waiver pick ups. |

Trade a couple of forwards. Kuzmenko is a good problem to have.

ThIs organization doesn't appear to want to build it through the draft. |

"Culture & Structure" are the new Canuck's buzz words.
They just need to figure out how to do something about it.

Did you see the cut away of Rutherford / Allvin in the box last night? They did not look impressed with the “structure”. I don’t think wins will save Boudreau if the bad habits don’t get dealt with. |

The team had its first bad year in a long time when Tortorella took over in 2013/14, finished 6th last. Then they rebounded with a good year but they clearly needed to rebuild, which they didn’t, they decided on a re-tool.
Point being, since 2013/14, nine full seasons ago, they’ve finished a bottom ten team six times, 6th last, 3rd last, 2nd last, 6th last, 9th last & 8th last, and they have TWO PLAYERS they’ve drafted under the age of 25 on their team that contribute in a significant way. That’s just not acceptable imho.
Now, that doesn’t fall on one person, it’s a collective failure of the entire organization. I saw yesterday that Bieksa was the last right-shot dman the team has drafted and developed into a top four defenceman. Twenty years ago! It’s sad and disgusting at the same time. |

I didn't watch the whole game, but you can't let in 5 goals every night. Games like that are fun to watch though.
