Quinn Hughes can't defend if his life depended on it, so the idiot coach puts him out as a penalty killer. Lol.
Great for the tank. |

So, a rebuilding team should be signing 3rd liners to 4 year, 5 million dollar contracts, leaving 0 capspace for potential cap dumps and assets? - Reubenkincade
Arizona is in the midst of an absolute scorched earth rebuild and they’re paying seven players 4+ million dollars. The cap floor is still 61 million dollars. |

I’m not getting into rebuild chatter.
Do that & may as well trade Petey.
Also not player contracts & value.
Still trying to figure out how we can get a top RHD. |

How many of those contracts had an asset attached to them? |

You’d have to get off your lazy ass and look it up.
If the Canucks get rid of Miller, Horvat and Hughes they’d be in a great position to take on contracts. Again, another reason why Horvat isn’t worth 7 million. |

Who is going to be on the team if you trade Horvat, Miller, Hughes, Pettersson, Garland, Mikhayev, Boeser and Pearson like you’re preaching you want?

I will be one of the few to go against the grain. I was very happy to see Mikeyev and Kuzmenko get signed. Even if I am wrong, I still liked the signings. |

Frickin Miller rings it around the boards and clears the zone on 99% of his PP one-timers. |

Who really cares, lots of teams always need a team to take on cap dumps and attach an asset to it.
Also, I have also stated several times, I don't expect that they could trade every single player all at once.
Not sure this management group can make it happen anyways, so I don't expect them to do what needs to be done

You worry about the bigger ticket items if you decide to rebuild first, then look at contracts like Mikhayev’s. You’re working yourself up over something that’s not even happening.
Horvat, Miller and Hughes should be the first players to go. That frees up over 20 million dollars in salary, then start chipping away at the small ticket items. Trading Horvat could really help expedite a rebuild as his value around the league I assume would be very large. |

Officials once again proving that the canucks are not allowed to be physical or chippy. 17min to Myers for a scuffle after a canuck was flattened from behind hard enough to send his helmet off into orbit. No call on that. 2 min to Garland for a nothing mosquito swat.... |

He's been sucking on exhaust pipes or something. Flip flopping what he's said and fabricating other people's posts for them. Not sure he can avoid doing it to be honest.

Bear turned his back. I hate that play. Myers got what he deserved. I missed the Garland penalty, but it sounded like a soft call from across the room. |

You are right, bear turned his back. I said it to my father on the live play but still... 17 min for Myers scuffle is a joke and there should have been nothing on the Garland whiff.
