I know these kids aren't part of the great USA or Swedish pipeline of fantastic prospects, but Chicago has 5, the Ducks 3 and the Habs 3 prospects at the Canada WJC camp.
Chicago has 3 defensemen involved.
I know they are only big strong shutdown types, but still impressive.
Also,the Habs having 3 prospects after being finalists for the cup a very short time ago, is impressive.

Canada needs to get better players if they ever want to get better at this ho key thing.

Dreger threw out Dallas as one possibile landing spot for Horvat.

Jonathan Lekkerimäki is back on the ice with his Allsvenskan team Djurgärden but is not in the lineup today.

He practiced on Monday.

Lekkerimäki took a hit to the head on November 26th.
Really hope one of the best prospects in the amazing Swedish pipeline gets to play in the tournament.

He was named to the squad, so unless the injury keeps him out, he'll be there. We won't know if he starts moving to bust territory until he is fully recovered from Mono either.

Elliotte: I do think the Capitals have interest in Boeser. There was someone from another team in the Capitals division that said they think Capitals have had interest in Boeser before as well.
