I would imagine...

Dhaliwal added that he doesn’t feel a trade is imminent, but that the pressure will start to build on the Canucks roughly a month before the March 3rd NHL Trade Deadline.

NHL salary cap going up, question is how far are they apart? Why does Horvat have to take less than JTM? I don't blame his camp from digging in. Rutherford has to have an internal pressure point deadline for an agreement. The trade deadline is March 3rd, I'll guess JR's deadline is a month before that.

I eliminated some of your laughing faces, that was overkill son. Don’t be such a drama queen. That being said, in the Canucks management’s defence, there hasn’t been any significant trades thus far in the entire league as cap money seemingly prevents any major deals league wide. The wait and see approach could be one of several things, firstly to show ownership the product they have is actually pretty bad, secondly, it could be to give BB some time to sort things out, thirdly, it could be so players salaries are easier to move with less owning nearer to the TDL.

I personally think you’re going to see moves in Vancouver, but not until February. I may not be a huge Jim Rutherford fan, although I was pretty happy to see Jim Benning gone, he could’ve been replaced by Kermit the frog for all I cared, anyways, you can’t convince me that Rutherford has suddenly forgot how to manage a hockey team. I gotta believe things will get done in a matter of time. #patience

Not if they’re fixated on mainly getting roster players in return. If they just signed Miller and just made Bo one final offer last week, what does that tell you?

No rebuild, we continue the “wtf are they doing” plan

Wasn’t in Dreger or Seravelli last summer who said that other teams have no idea what direction/plan the Canucks are operating under?
