Seems like he’s learned his lesson since he’s taken the appropriate steps to try to mature and not do stupid poop like that again. I think he deserves a second chance since he appears to have shown real remorse and a willingness to mature and understand why what he did was wrong.

The issue is where he showed the photos, and she was probably underage.

How many people have gone to a nude beach and snapped photos and showed friends without consent of the person in the photo. Should they all be never given another job because of poor judgement?
