I bet 10 % ONLY FANS is stolen pictures and fake accounts. Millions and millions of people added to photos without consent. Like Nucker said it is a douche move but it is part of life now. The customers still buy the product even though they know. The laws do very little to protect the victims and usually get thrown onto the pile of millions and millions of claims.

About 25 years ago I use to run an adult site and I always had written consent from my models all legal age. Once I posted the photos, I would find them on on many other sites a few days later. Even though there were copyright laws, there was SFA I could do about it.

I think the issue stems from the fact that the (non-consensual)video made into her social circle meaning basically everyone in her life saw it. For someone in their teen years especially that can be a life-altering event, it could literally impact her for decades.

To a certain degree kids lack proper judgement and should be given the benefit of time to learn, but he knew what he was doing was wrong and chose to do it anyway to "fit in". There should at the very least be a tangible punishment given out rather than having essentially nothing change in his life.

I know you are being sarcastic, but it is getting close to that. Tier two level criminals are losing jail space and being sentenced to community service. Soon they will have room for half the murderers and half the time spent to make room for the serial killers only.
