36th winter now, I don't know if I could do Christmas without the cold. I'm generally quite warm so the cold doesn't bother me. My fingers and toes do get cold if I'm out in -30 for a few hours not moving much but they can warm pretty easily. Just have to wear some warm clothes.

One of my co-workers a monster Newfoundland'er and guy wears a hoodie in -30. I don't think he owns a coat.

Yep, I've lived in the Kootneys and Okanagan, way colder on the numbers side yet, anything lower than -10 down here just feels so much worse. I went to school in cranbrook and had -40 days, which are stupid cold, but coastal cold gets in your bones it seems

It's funny that you say that, but every easterner comes out here and says the coastal cold cuts through you, nothing like ocean air super cold with arctic winds

I have been to BC a few times in winter, done the polar bear plunge twice in the pacific actually, right around Christmas time.

It's a wet cold so it feels colder.

We had a record snowfall last year, probably the only winter ever I wished I had a snow blower.

It's not hockey season without snow either.

That Wyatt Johnston can really snipe. Dallas with 2 speedy guys who shoot the puck in Robertson and Johnston.

Dallas is a pretty good team.

Heiskanen/Robertson/Hintz/Oettinger is a solid core and yeah I agree Johnston is an underrated rookie. Stankoven looking like a nice pick for them so far too
