Oh for sure. They are setup for a bit with the Wilson deal. It was just a decent story going as no one expected them to win 6 games this season but they eventually ran into reality. All good.

I didn't expect Seattle to win 3 games this season, pleasantly surprised. The recent loss is because of injuries to the running backs and D-line.

Pete Carroll got rid of a declining prima donna who's not a team player and put himself back in the wheelhouse. Seattle will be a better team next season.

Big picture. They currently would draft 3rd OA with Denver's pick, they're own pick will be decent as well. Build that OL & DL, maybe draft a QB. Draft & develop (something Canuck fans don't get). The Wilson trade will go down as one of the worst in NFL history. Bronco's Country #LetsRide

Bortles, Winston, Mariotta, Goff, Wentz, Mayfield, Darnold, Trubisky, Wilson, Lance.

That's quite a few top 3 QB's that haven't turned out.

The OC, HC, system will make a QB successful if he buys in. Wilson did at first, but became bigger than the team (why he's a laughing stock right now), he got away from the team philosophy. Geno Smith on the other hand embraced it as did Baker Mayfield in LA.

I don't think JS & PC will find it "insanely hard" at all should they choose to draft another QB, he'll just need to be the right prospect for the system, and it probably won't be in the first round.

Wilson is the laughing stock of the NFL right now, other DB's love it when he shows off his declining skills. And you only have him for another 5-6 years at how much?

How can you build a team around him?
