He celebrates every goal harder than he ever has because he knows every one is dollars in the bank. The fire was lit under him (in a negative way) and he's going to get the biggest contract he can wherever he wants to live & play depending on his priorities. In the offseason, I can see him signing with a big market that is a contender or get big $ in a secondary market and live carefree with no media in flip flops all year. Either way, he's earning / earned it.

We still believe that there’s a lot of talent in Lekkerimäki’s game, but he needs to be less of a floater who is looking for shots and more of a hockey player who hunts for possession. It seems to be the same song and dance when we watch Lekkerimäki play. The kid could really be something, but he has not been able to take control of a game up to this point in the tournament.
