On the PP yes, petey is a better 200 ft player. Those 2 sure crank it up in the ozone but not so much in their own zone.

Lets not get too carried away. I know DrySaddle has some defensive warts, but he weighs over 160 lbs. McDavid much better 200’ player, I don’t think it’s close.

Since Bear was traded for Bear's TOI 18:42 to Schenn's 17:08

Other then Schenn being much more physical, not a lot of difference other than Bear's 8 years younger.

Depending on term maybe 3 years 2M AAV or 6 years 2.5M AAV.

Hard to say what he goes for.

If you are trading for a 1st rounder that is at that time close to 20th or if you are trading for a team that looks like they are going to be 26th or 27th at worst.

From an article in 2013 about draft pick value. In a newer article from 2022 in brackets those same positions with different value given.

Trading him to Toronto who are in 3rd vs trading him to Calgary who are in 15th.
