I think they have like 17.6M in cap space next season with only 12 players signed. K/Miller on ELC due for a big raise, number likely starts with a 3 for him since he's a top 4 dman for them. Chytil/Laf both need new contracts too.

Not sure how they fit in 8M+ Bo.

Best you can do is look back later in hindsight and pretend that you could have done better by remembering the one thing you would have got right and neglect the 5 things you would have got wrong. Then claim you would have done better than management. (Not "you" specifically but fans)

If I were in Canucks mgmt I would be selling on BoHo/Schenn tradecombo with 50% retained on Bo, and if the offer is legitimate enough, then allow contract talks also if Bo would consider.

We'd be trading a top faceoff, 2C who is top 5 in goals rightnow, and a capable rugged RHD who is an experienced cup winner.

This is what the Leafs need to seriously compete this year, what could we get from them? Or from their competitors
