That wasn't my point, as obviously not all prospects make it and it had nothing to do with where the Canucks are picking, as I usually post these players well in advance of the draft, series even before the start of the draft season, but they usually get shot down, because I prefer players with size and a 2 way game.
Do you know anyone who usually shoots down those types of players?

You prefer 20 plus tall defenders per draft and 90% of them are anemic offensively then say they should all be picked in the first round. When 1 or 2 of them pan you, you get your horn out for all to hear

Drafting RHD size 2-way game are few in any draft & less in 2023. Better to draft D in 2-7th which is where this draft lines up where defensive RHD are better picks. 2024 draft idk but will project prospects for any picks me might gain.

Like most years, they tend to go a few spots higher than public rankings suggest and even including Bob's list.

No one had Korchinski at 7 last season, a few had Minyuktov around low teens and he went at 10. Mateychuk at 12, was more mid to late teens in rankings.

I know, it's why this draft could be franchise alerting if we get a few extras 1sts. Move up for them if needed. Imagine getting 2-3 RHD in the top 2 rounds this year.

He was in the range of top 10. He’s also big & mobile where there are none in this draft near the top 10 or so. Some good LHD options are sniffing around. Maybe some RHD will push to climb the ranks.
