If the goal is to take a step back for 2-3 years then I'd move him, if they do sign him, I hope he doesn't have a NTC

An NTC should get a lesser cap hit. Decision is the risk. I pick NTC & a lesser hit. Trade others is the focus.

More later maybe, it seems I have to go clean the house since I'm about to have a dozen plus people stay the night. Sister in law has decided she's coming to town and is inviting everyone she knows to come hang out at my house.

My wife's 30th bday today and we made plans, invited who she wanted and such but now her sister aka the center of the universe has now decided we are going to do what she wants but is going to surprise it on her sister.

I'm starting to get annoyed at the sis in law and she hasn't even started to make the couple hour drive yet.
