Watching CBJ they could use a legit top 2C. Bo would be a great add if JK made a serious offer. A rebuilding team but also in big need of C’s while they have Gaudreau & Laine.

Will Bo want to sign in Columbus? I don't think so, we'd get rental value as a return. Now if the Canucks would let interested teams talk to his agent and get an idea what their chances were of re-signing him, then you could start a bidding war and raise his value, but wait we're only 6 pts out of the WC

I hearya but at this point in time that isn’t outta the question they’ll let resigning talks occur. Imo it’s premature at this juncture til the TDL gets closer & other GM’s get serious. Ain’t fun but we’ll have to be patient while this plays out. Still thinking another trade will happen 1st. If those 2 things happen the chances Kuz resigns increase.

I got spoiled by the World Junior telecasts. I really miss the lack of cgi ads and the absence of gambling prods every 5 minutes. The NHL has completely ruined itself squeezing every possible revenue stream.

Completely agree. We loved not being distracted by video games playing on the boards and the relentless reminder to bet on how many tampon machines the Oilers dressing room has.

NHL should look into Europe/Asia & start up a developmental league to replace the ECHL. Seed the idea for a long down the road EurAsia league to rival the AHL for a bigger Calder Cup match up Final. Promote more globally starting with 8 teams 4 in Europe 4 in Asia.
