Coyotes play Sharks, Senators and Wings, in 3 of the next 5 games, the Sharks play Arizona, CBJ and the Wings, in 3 of their next 8 games. Habs on the other hand, have some tough games. they could be tough to catch.

The 49ers are going to clean their clocks, might have been better to win but have GB get in for better draft position and avoid being embarrassed in the Super Wild Card. Gotta say though, I think this is it for Rodgers, how much more is this guy going to want to try and chase another Super Bowl in Green Bay when he's clearly not as good as Tom Brady and the Packers have no interest in trying to compete until he leaves?

I think the experience will help their young guys next year, it's been a huge year for them. Don't expect them to win in SF, but nobody expected them to win all year.... so it's just been fun (unlike the Canucks)

Didn't we say that about the Canucks after Benning's first year and then after the play-in tournament? Sometimes just getting in and the experience isn't that great. Clearly the Seahawks have major holes in their run D and Geno isn't the long-term answer at QB (but he was better by FAR then Mr. Rock Star Russell Wilson).

I really do wonder if the Leafs are able to sign him to a 4-year deal worth $2m AAV or something, and have Justin Holl's replacement locked up at a good price with a decent chance he outplays the contract.

Signing D is pretty low-risk since they're always in demand.

Should be lots of reclamation projects that will need waivers next season. Get rid of the overpaid and get ones that will at least try.
