I'd say it's the lack of results in the KHL. He's doing well in the VHL but that league is far below the KHL.

Defence is in such high demand. So many forwards are always projected to be better than defenders but I can see many more defenders be taken much higher than in past years.

As a long time union rep, I have dealt with many people who have had mental health issues, and advocated to protect their jobs. Not once could that job be saved, if the person wouldn't seek out help, on their own.
Several attempts were made to take the cases to arbitration, each and every time, they were lost, because the person made zero attempt to get help.
On several of those occasions, myself or another union representative or company representative took that individual.
On one occasion, it went to the Human rights court and was also lost at that level.
But what the fuck do I know just a person that has spent almost 30 years being an advocate.
