The Boston Bruins have scored the most goals and allowed the fewest, all while only having 1 player in the top 50, in scoring.
They could play .500 hockey the remaining 42 games and still end up at 110 points.

No Movement Clause (NMC)
No Movement means the player cannot be waived, assigned to minors, or traded without approval. This also means they cannot be exposed in an Expansion Draft and must be protected.

The land around Rogers arena was a big part of the deal with Orca Bay. Aquiini Investments built/sold high rises there. Team was a secondary thing.

Gotcha thanks ... I did do a little googling on my own, as I'm sure many will recommend

Interesting read was the top 12 richest in BC, Aquilini at #5 (2021).

Seems more like a toy from the hockey team side of things. That property probably has almost limitless value since Vancouver Olympics and all the foreign eyes on the area.
