History shows it won't be. Though they did well with Mikheyev, Lazar, Aman

JR will be 74 next month, he has 22 months left on his deal (if he lasts that long).

They're not in re-build mode, he'll be long gone if and when any of these "picks" ever play in the NHL.

JR is more concerned with his legacy than the Canucks 4-5 years down the road.
