Far from simple. Kept my blame a short list. The real work to be done is immense. Unravelling is tops & cap flexibility & allotment & the biggest of all a total rebuild of the D.

Roster redesign will take 2-3yrs if done well longer if not.

I don't want to sh1t on anyones parade, but this to me looks like the Torts signing. This roster is not meant for playing D. It is like asking the Sedins to block shots.

I say it will go for one year and probably get OEL to move onto LTIR. Job successful.

I still say he might be bought out, but I bet RT turns him into a whipping boy for the 38 games.

There is a lot of unraveling to do. What this group does in regards to player moment, will set the direction for the next decade, let's hope they don't fuck it up anymore than it already is.

Hope he doesn’t play favourites & stirs the pot as a wake up call to some players. Idc how this season ends other than it’s time to define who belongs here & wants to be here. Show me time for 36 games. This TDL & offseason will see change no doubt so looking forward to which players be players & rise above it all & those without the desire fall further. Tank is on

Not 100 % on board with his theory but it could be possible. I just don't think any management group could be this stupid and that is saying a lot with this team's history.

Depends what you consider moves. I consider signings as moves, so I would say they have made some pretty significant moves.
Miller, Boeser, Mikheyev, almost 25% of the cap is pretty signicant.
