Does it really matter how this shltstorm got there? Idk anybody that had high expectations. Mgmt did accidentally on purpose what should’ve resulted.

After the Benning fiasco of bringing in these types at 3 million per, I don't blame anyone about being apprehensive about signing those types, for that role.
Those types, like Lazar are 1 million to 1.5 tops, but very valuable to the team.

This team is a mess and it will be awhile before they get there, but Tocchet said rebuild and PA said it would take time, and Rutherford said major surgery. Basically all saying there is a bunch of major changes, which in my eyes, is a rebuild, although my preference is to get rid of this whole group of players, I am smart enough to know, that isn't happening.

There is a lot of fat to trim. Hopefully he can be the tank commander and guide this team to at least a top 3 pick.

Depends what you consider moves. I consider signings as moves, so I would say they have made some pretty significant moves.
Miller, Boeser, Mikheyev, almost 25% of the cap is pretty signicant.

I sort of think BettmanHatesUs is onto something with the JR doing this on purpose as stealth tank. Would not be surprised at all if he is exposing FA. Not 100 % on board with his theory but it could be possible. I just don't think any management group could be this stupid and that is saying a lot with this team's history.

I just seen comments online saying they are watching the Harold Ballard documentary and it looks similar to what the Canucks are doing, the timing of this makes you wonder hmmmm.

I think the FA is in deep trouble with law enforcement, trump waged war on child trafficking, drug dealers, criminal activity when he got elected. I think JR and PA got interrogated by the patriots and placed there to expose them before the hammer drops, they hired RT who is a trump supporter, all these things add up.
