Some tickets were 30 dollars last night, which is trending in the right direction,

I saw about 10 minutes of the game last night. Bo scored his first goal of the night, and it looked like a full house still cheering. Until that changes, I still don't see the ownership on board with a rebuild.

I remember getting into a debate a few years back with Nucker about Wilson being overrated. I always found him boring and predictable. He probably was the sole reason I stopped watching Seattle football and following the NFL.

If the fans are going to show up anyways, what risk of rebuilding do they foresee? Not like their record could get much worse and this market loves new young players for their first 3 seasons.

For a period of 5-6 seasons he was top 3 quarterbacks in the league. Not many can say that so maybe now as he is aging he has lost some magic. But he wasn't over-rated in my book to get to that level you have to be pretty damn great. Hearing some more stories about him and Carroll and the arrogance and what have you has changed my opinion of him somewhat. But for about a half decade he was very fun to watch. And by rights probably should have had 3 Super Bowls with that defence in their hey day.

I have pointed out before that fans interest in the draft and draft picks is climbing each year. It is just as fun to lose constantly (tank) in a good draft year.

I remember one Buffalo game in the Dahlin year home fans booing home goals. Lottery races are almost as exciting as playoff races, seeing it will provide the players to entertain you for the next few years.

You are correct What are they afraid of losing, the fans are coming regardless.

The Rangers probably got rid of the right coach with a below average team and got the wrong coach with a balanced team.

Rangers should be winning a bit more than they have though. The Canucks have won more than they should be.
