I don't see them trading Kuzy, unfortunately. I think they definitely should, but everything has been towards resigning so far. It's gonna be more of the same the next couple seasons.

Him and Petey have some good chemistry going. Tocchet mentioned he likes pairs, something he learned from Scotty Bowman, so they probably won’t trade him….but they should.

To me it depends on the return. If you keep him you're potentially locking up 5 years of a really solid partner for your franchise player, I think that's worth something, even for a bad team.

They can't keep both Bo & Kuz. Right now they're just concerned about battling for a WC spot. They'll worry about the UFA stuff later in the summer.

I was just thinking, if they didn't sign Miller the options they would have. They could keep or trade many combo of players, and Miller would be a viable option for someone just looking for his rental services ... potentially overlooking any of his tantrums this year as they wouldn't have to commit. Bridge may or may not have been burned with Bo as well ... although I know many here have moved on from Bo already for various reasons, including being the softest captain in existence. I don't see it that way, but I realize I'm in the minority there. I just think the game has changed and if you watched 20 other captains you'd find the same on-ice behaviours. There's only a handful left that play with the lysol grit level being sought here. Just my opinion.
