They said the other day on That's Hockey there is alot of interest in Bo for 5 or more teams but also they probably don't want to pay Bo what he thinks he's worth on the next contract. Plus the ask is very high and most clubs don't have the assets the Canucks are looking for. Gonna be a more difficult trade to make than folks think.

If the Canucks do end up not tanking hard enough, I’m thinking David Reinbacher is the guy they should draft. Eye test guys and nerds all seem to love him

Problem is that Canucks want good young NHL’ers as part of the deal, those guys are valuable to everyone, contenders and rebuilding teams so it’s hard to get them, especially centers or dmen,.

Well that's going to be a problem then. VAN can't afford him, teams won't pay his asking price. So you either sell low, or he walks in July.

It seems like Reinbacher has legit top pairing upside so it’s not like picking him over a prospect with good 2C upside is a bad choice. Can’t really go wrong either way

I’m jealous of the Habs. They could end up with two top 16 picks, including one pretty high one.
