His agent doesn’t agree, he thanked Canucks management and medical staff trying to keep him going they were in constant communication.

Exactly. People should stop pretending to know better than professionals, reminds me of my brother who didnt go to the doctor cause "they think they know everything". They know a hell of a lot more than you!

One does not affect the other. Bo's salary has already been covered for this year.This is trade stuff with Mik being shut down.

If I continued to play, I wouldn’t be ready for training camp. I appreciate everyone’s concern, but I have no complaints with the way this was handled.

Twice per week, we consulted with team doctors about how things were progressing. Never did I feel pressure, never did I feel worse. It was my decision. Finally it reached a point where I wanted to be ready on time for next year.

So Leafs media/fans were right, this guy will quietly play though injuries all year long. He played through a bad wrist a couple of years ago. I may not agree with the signing but I respect him for playing through a partially torn ACL and still putting up respectable numbers

Also backs up my stance that passport/birthplace doesn’t matter. There’s alphas and betas in every country.

Just look at how many Canadians and Americans call their fellow countrymen snowflakes

I think so far Canucks new management stink, but I think these moves now are more about moving money and an upcoming trade.

I also think Canucks don't care about where they finish in the pecking order of the draft (not tanking), which could mean they have other plans for their first-round pick.

Buckle up things are going to get moist.
