Once expected to be a top draft pick, ended up being a 2nd rounder in 2021.

Good size. decent hands. Middle 6 C type guy. Had a point per game in Liiga as an 18 year old.

Had that 1 meh year, that happened to be his draft year. Kid is a nice pick up.

Schenn is the only veteran leader that is willing to keep Miller in check and they need this in the room. They should keep him unless the offer is too much to refuse. Losing him not worth a 3rd or a reclamation project on a bottom 6.

So we traded a 31-goal scorer for a guy with 9 goals and a cap hit like Mikheyev, no change to the D. a midround first and a prospect. Sounds about right for the Canucks.

Too soon to b1tch about the deal but I am getting ready to.

I am surprised Reuben like Beauv. He has the same cap hit as Mikheyev and Garland and less points.

I don't know enough about the prospect to be happy about the deal and I certainly won't get excited about drafting above 12 with PA/JR.

Not complaining but am in wait and see mode.
