this is weird but i had a premonition that you weren't going to like the pb being in it.

ideally it probably helps if you have a routine where you watch a series, or listen to podcasts and/or audiobooks while you're on the bike, it surely makes the biking sessions way more enjoyable and go by much quicker.

once i get back to normal i'll be able to get all my usual routines back. ride the bike 2-3 times per week and definitely on mondays, laundry on sundays, shower on wednesdays, etc.


okay, i was pulling your leg about wednesdays. being a germophobic ocd dork means showering at least twice every day. it's actually torture!

see the great thing about this one is i liked it so much i bet 5 dollars instead of 1 dollar.

I guess the benefits of keeping your skin's natural oils from time to time instead of constantly washing and drying them out aren't convincing enough in your quest to get rid of all the "evil" germs you have on your mind lol.

if you have access to such services you should consider trying cognitive behavorial therapy, it isn't instantaneous and magical but it's one of the only ways to truly tackle on OCD-related issues.
