One year, at my old job, I had 30 back-vacation days I could not take because of a massive project I was on, plus 4 more weeks for that year.

I took those 30 days and made 30 x 4 day work weeks, spring to fall.

Was glorious, but harsh when I came back to 5 work week days.

Yeah, when you factor in the already short work weeks because of holidays, I think it ended up being 34-35 weeks.

Brutal going back to 5 days though.

But took most of December off, to shave off more vacation days.
