A little bit of that... despite agreeing with the unions, there's always a few lingering questions about how to apply what was negociated and... well sometimes what the negociators tell us makes no sense.

There's always a due date to pay employees or start giving out different amounts. Needless to say starting this when everybody is about to leave for a vacation is bad timing.

And finally, there's the fact the programs handling payments sucks and are always having trouble actually applying what was negociated... so that's another most likely problem to handle.

I was supposed to take a few days off next week... pretty sure that's out the window.
