He was all like "hearing the leafs will send beauchemin to the ducks for lupul, a pick and Gardiner or Schultz" then the PLHs were like "lol you idiot ducks would never do that! Leafs would need to throw in 10 1sts! lolol"
Trade happened the next day. - mr.peanut

Speaking of roomers, Lindstrom has a serious issue with his erniated disc. |

Feels like something Pronman said that's taken out of context... I'll let the doctors decide if it's serious or not.
If he slips out of the top 5, you know there's cause to be worried.

10 years ago is nothing considering how long we've been wasting time here.

At times, every day seems like 10 years here, recycling the same conversations like the Habs recycle French coaches, until there is actual news... and we talk about that for 2-3 hours... and go back the the old routine.

I'm sure the Habs staff will do their due diligence on him and others.
I've never seen any of them play for a long period so all I can do is trust that the scouts have done their homework.
Watching the playoffs, my preference would be for a BIG forward with some grit but I'm sure I'll be happy with whoever they choose. |

a big guy who can skate, score goals and be a physical presence, every single team is constantly looking for that prototype.
hopefully the habs will be able to check some if not all those boxes with the 5th overall pick. |

I think Demidov is the wild card... if he is still on the board, not sure the Habs can pass on him, regardless of who else is available.
But you just never (frank)ing know with HuGo... that kinda makes it a large part of the fun.
