i put like 12-15 of the pounds back on. i'm cutting out milkshakes and getting on the stationary bike starting 8/1.

i ordered the chinese food as a sort of going out with a bang thing. i'll be eating steaks, salads, and my breakfast will be a hard boiled egg or two going forward.

oh, i also tried the new pina colada milkshake as a parting gift to wawa but pat isn't here for me to rub it in his face.


EDIT: as a disclaimer, i was never over 220 and i'm 6'2" so it's probably all in my head but if i start to get a beer belly i ride the bike like i'm not still skinny even though i am.

wawa does get a good chunk of my money, yes. milkshakes are a weakness of mine.

i really am starting my diet tomorrow though! i'd like to get back to 185. i'm not going to cut out carbs this time though. that worked but i had no beer, pasta, or bread and that is no way to live life. i'm just going to cut out the bad things and ride the bike.
