nah, I want them to progress but it is really hard to predict with all the injuries they keep having.

If they stay healthy, I can see them get closer to a playoffs spot but look at our conference and mostly our division, Habs will play teams that are ahead of them in their rebuild or already contenders. Not an easy path to gain points in the standings.

and as good at the draft was this year, it won't help them until next year at the earliest

yeah, the injury bug is definitely on everyone's minds, hopefully that curse will be lifted now, especially with guys like Dach, or Caufield who turned out to have a decent season after all coming back from a shoulder injury.

I expect certain teams like Boston might take a hit though, or others to not progress again, like OTT or BUF.
