well the important part is : whats is budget ?

at the height of the madness, I spoke to agent, to help a friends that also looking, for a house 1 street behind : 5000 Sqf on the nose and here the kicker you had to remove the house and rebuild as it was sinking in one corner

asking price for the lot 350 k, I told him he was nuts as the buyer had to take care of removing the house

2 weeks it was sold

so I have 6600 Sqf thats not sinking

Father in law's dad sold his condo in Calgary a couple weeks ago. Paid $400k for it in 2018. Asked for $600k, got a $630k unconditional offer in under 24 hours from somebody who didn't even look at the thing.
