Ylonen is RFA WITH arbitration.

Hugo are all about asset Mgmt...both will be qualified IMO and they will make decisions later on for them once they know what the team might look like next year (Draft/Trades/UFA)

My boss got shingles two months ago. Didn't know she needed to get the vaccine (she's 60). Had the reverse idea on if you had or didn't have chicken pox.

Depends where you have it and how quickly you get on meds.

I got it on my face, right above my right eye to the top of my head. My eye was swollen and completely shut for 4 days. I went to the hospital right away when I saw the first signs thinking it was something wrong with my eye. Ended up being shingles. They put me on meds right away and after a week, my face was almost back to normal. Yes it is painful, hitch as hell, pain with my eye ball due to the pressure of the swelling. All gone now except for one nerve that is still irritated, takes up to 4 weeks to get back to normal they say. I was lucky, because I went to the hospital quickly, I avoided potential long term damage to the right eye.

My father in law had it on his foot and could'nt even put socks on for a month.

Probably one of the few vaccines I'll get.
