So, again with the Lordy thing. Give it a rest man. I post and talk nothing like him from reading previous threads. So I validated a few of his opinions and now I am him. Interesting I guess every poster that agrees with Lordy will just be Lordy in your eyes. This could be funny long-term. He's really in your head all day long? I guess mission accomplished for him. So instead of slandering the posters that disagree with your directions maybe try embracing the greater good?

Hopefully that helps you a bit down the road as you deal with internal stuff. Best to you regardless. - ScotlandVonRickens
He’s far beyond help. Ignore him. Banter as you will with the civil ppl in here. Hang in there & enjoy. |

Kevin Lankinen is the top free agent goalie still out there, but he likely wouldn’t want to sign in Vancouver without some level of certainty that he’d get a good number of NHL starts. - VanHockeyGuy
He’s hardly in a position to seek demands. Lol
He’s the top UFA G for a reason nothing is out there that’s worthwhile. |

Management likes the forwards they signed to start the year and maybe extend. They have more confidence in them contributing now over waiting for Podz to find his bloom.
I get why the Oilers traded for him. They’re the only team that saw him play in the playoffs and wouldn’t have got him on waivers. Good luck to him. I just rather it was not a rival because of the optics.
Anyway, now Canucks will probably look for the utility of a center for their 13th forward and it’s Amans to lose. Though they do need a Right handed center for faceoffs having lost Lindholm. |

Hard miles for sure. But mean, tough, and a total team guy. Like Tochett as a player, but 14% as good... |

Unions should be illegal. - Pacificgem
I worked both sides of the union / non-union workforce. Like anything, there are pros and cons. Sticking up for workers rights and negotiating wages for people that are not good at that, to me are great and necassary. Most labour laws and rights we enjoy today are directly related to union stuggles of the past.
However, protecting the lazy fuks that dont deserve to work for a good company to the absolute detriment of the operation is shat. It only hurts the other workers, the company and lowers GDP.
And as far as shutting down entire G7 nations rail networks...that should never happen. Absolute failure of Company, Labour, Union and Government. They are all to blame and the Nation suffers for it. |
