Oil have one more year of Drai at 8 mil then it's Leafs territory vs the cap. If they don't make it back to the cup finals in 2025 and win probably won't happen after that.
Canucks I think will reach the finals by 2028. - LordHumungous
Miller will be 36 and the team has no prospects at C that have dominate top 6 potential. It's hard to imagine the Canucks will be a top contender then considering this management is trading all worthy draft positions for win now... not in 4 years.
I think this team peaks in this and next season. A competitive team with a chance to go far and maybe if things really really go their way, a final showing.... but a long shot of course.

With this current core and the complimentary players that Rutherford and Allvin have added I do think our window is 2-4 seasons to get to the finals.
You could be right however that this club might peak a bit sooner. Depends on health and goaltending obviously plus some scoring depth. Off season moves look excellent just see how it's all applied on the ice. We have a Jack Adams coach with an excellent roster so we have a great start going here IMO. Plus, if healthy I think we can get past EDM in the PO's although a stretch. And what happens after that is wide-open. But there are gaps to fill so will be interesting to see how it all plays out. |

I just use the Bradley Smoker these days. Automated pellet feed, easy temp control.
I have a old system here that came with the house. A fridge on top of a old wood stove. Too big for our needs. Thought about using it for large chunks of venison but I am not a big fan of taking a very healthy piece of venison and infusing it with so much salt and nitrates... - boonerbuck

“Elias Pettersson among all-time Canucks:
— 17th in Goals (165)
— 16th in Assists (223)
— 13th in Points (398)
— 11th in +/- (+48)
— 3rd in Pts/Game (1.03 | 84pt pace)
— 6th in GWG (31)
— 20th in Hits (334)
— 9th in Takeaways (237)
He could realistically be #1 in just about every category by the end of this contract.”

The Canucks are one of the best teams in the league right now, if they don’t win the Stanley Cup next year then they should be disappointed. Lofty goals, I know, but they’re one of six top teams in the league with some of the leagues best players. |

I look at it this way... if I have to give a poop load of smoked salmon away because we only eat it sparingly while trying to keep our sodium intake down on the doctors orders, we should be releasing more fish. So we do. Hence the small smoker. It produces a better quality piece of fish as well.
Something I run into often while sharing smoked fish with people is they often say... "we were already given a bunch and turned some others down". It's like the zucchini harvest. People wandering around trying to find people to take it off their hands. It's a meme these days except with fish, it's a pity that people are killing way more fish than they and a couple of friends/family can consume. I don't practice catch and release with zucchini though. I'll kill every one of those even if i have to compost the things.

What does any of this have to do with you being a vag that needs a Bradley Smoker to smoke his fish? |

I had a Bradley for years, that thing was awesome. Set it and forget it. I could play a round of golf at Gorge Vale, have a beer or two, and then head home to a batch of smoked salmon.
Now I have a Pit Boss. |

We get it. Too many moving parts for you. Like knot tying, goaltending, drumming and sexually pleasing a woman... all to complicated for you to excel at.... but you stick with it. I'll give you that.

Sorry for the off hockey question, but I'm wondering if anyone can answer this. Affording a 3br for $2500 a month in rent is starting to weigh me down. i was looking to rent this 2 br place that would save me $1000 a month, but my ex wife is saying that me sleeping on a hide-a-bed in the living room is unacceptable when I have the kids for my week. Currently she lives in a 2br herself, but claims it is ok because the living room where her bed has a door she can close. Does anyone know of any options so I can get her to (frank) off, but not lose my custody? I also don't want her raising a stink because the 2br i'd be renting is not a legal suite and they are friends so I don't want to screw them over if she gets her divorce lawyer involved. |

Nothing legally wrong with what you are doing, so I can't see her or her lawyer having any standing before the Court. Rent is insane, so if you are able to provide a safe roof over your children's heads, there is no argument. If anything, this might prove your cost of living and providing is too high, thus lowing any support payments you may or may not be making.
What a bullshat non issue she is raising...

Sorry about the situation. If you think there will be constant issues with court maybe better get a PC involved. They’ll work it out what’s in best interests of the kids. Should go well for you short and long turn and avoid custody battles. |

Yet he is calling someone out for making a comment about that situation, on another site. What a hypocritical loser he is. |
