I could dig that, spreading the talent around a bit throughout the lineup.
The key would be having instant chemistry between pettersson and DeBrusk. - dbot

Why break up Millers line to what gain? - Nighthawk
Stacking the top 6, with the top 6 players/talent.
DeBrusk-Pettersson-Boeser.
Petey and Boeser have had chemistry in the past.
DeBrusk brings a different element and some proven scoring ability.
2 good wingers to play with the 1C.
Joshua-JTM-Garland.
Joshdua and Garland obviously have chemistry. Super charge it with the addition of JTM.
Bottom 6 is the bottom six.
Heinen-Suter-Sprong could be decent offensively, could get caved in defensively, I dunno.
Höglander-Blueger-Sherwood could be a buzzsaw 4th line. Time will tell.
Alternatively, you could mix it up with a bit of a mix of scoring ability with defensively responsible wingers.
I'd go with:
Debrusk-Pettersson-Boeser
Joshua-Miller-Garland
Heinen-Suter-Sprong
Höglander-Blueger-Sherwood - dbot
I havent read ahead so this probably has been mentioned.
After the amazing chemistry Miller and Boeser have had over the last couple of seasons(77g,176p last season), that will be the pair least likely to be broken up imo. They will always take a look but the way RT talks about being "a big fan of pairs" and how reluctant he's been to break up successful pairs, I fully expect his experiments to have mainly to do with the 3rd if the team isnt decimated with injuries.

I hear ya.
I get the reluctance to break up JTM/Boeser and also Garland/Joshua on the 3rd line.
I still would like to see what it looks like and expect we'll see a few variations over the season.
I'd like to see Petey playing with 2 solid wingers for once.

We don’t have 6 top 6 talents. We have depth & it should remain that way to form 3 good lines.

I’d like to see dynamic pairs with a 3rd wheel that pulls it all together.

Boeser has had 3 different centre's since entering the league, his least amount of total goal production during a season have been while playing with Pouty.
Fans gotta stop coddling this guy, it is embarrassing.

A cup of coffee with a couple of proven guys like last season isnt enough that's for sure. It would be dumb to sign him for that much money and expect to get value out of it by stuffing fringe players on his wing. 5m raise... he's not the only one that has to make good on that contract... the front office forced him to pen and paper when we now see they would have been better to wait... if they can't pull it off, I picture JR holding a can of paint and PA with a dripping brush standing in the only unpainted corner of a room.

Boeser and Petey didnt look good together at all last season. Success in the past with those two was distant past. Boeser had chemistry in his rookie season with Horvat... but none after that.
It's got to be Miller.
Not every conversation about chemistry with Petey is coddling. People are just working out what we know from the past and what the team needs to in the future make value on his contract. If they can't afford to put talent with him, then they own their fair share of the blame after rushing him to sign. Petey was basically screwing up his bargaining position and they shoved 12m in his pocket. PA is the best agent Petey could ever have hired....
One could just as easily accuse you of coddling management when they make mistakes if you see looking at both sides if it as coddling Petey.
