besides he's more of a TDL trade, right now with his cap hit and with teams not dealing with a lot of injuries yet I doubt there would be any interest.
also, Laine might have a lazy backchecker reputation but I wouldn't say Armia is lazy at all lol. - Pat1993
He's inconsistant in his effort but on all aspect of his game, not just backchecking. Is that better? |

I'd say he's inconsistent with his offensive output, not his effort, but hey, you can interpret his play any way you want, I'm not gonna try to defend Joel Armia in this thread loll
I just hope he continues to play like he was last year, it would be good both for the team and for potential trade options. |

well call me surprised, I was sure it would...
it's a silly version of "pied main bouche" (hand foot and mouth disease), so instead it says "ass pu ssy mouth" loll. |

Jesus that's alot of lazy fins for Dach to carry around.
Newhook is on Dach's line they need to cover for Laine's defensive flaws, plus Newhook has a nice offensive upside.
We all hate Dvorak but he's still capable of being a 35 points guy which is fine for the third line - MortChicken
I don't hate the guy, he is a fine 3rd line center, gets the job done in the face off circle, good defensively, and if healthy can score in the 30-40 points range.
The issue with Dvorak is that there is no long-term place for him on the team and so moving him makes sense.
(I somewhat get the hate given what it cost to acquire him, but that is all on MB)

Dvorak is not a bad player but I don't see what he brings more than Jake Evans for double the price, Evans should be the 3C. Hopefully he can stay healthy to be traded at the deadline.
EDIT: It's actually more than double the price. |

I think Dvorak has more of an offensive upside, but I won't quibble.
Also, for some reason, I like Evans a lot. But this might be his last season with the Habs, as well.
