Great post except it’s not his knee. Otherwise tremendous - CanuckDon

I listened to Demko say it’s not his knee and his knee is fine. What’s with you and your conspiracy theories all the time? Is it a small town thing ? |

What a circus this Demko injury is. Why are they being so dodgy? No one will give a straight answer on anything about it including Demko. We know it's his knee but they won't say so. They keep saying muscle injury when asked. Ok... a knee muscle I guess. Talk to no end about how rare and unique this injury is. Refuse to actually tell us what the injury is... just vague about all of it even when answering questions about it for 20 minutes.
So far this club under new management has been terrible with player injuries. - boonerbuck
I will say this, he starts the excuses early!
Guy should just retire, underperformed in the playoffs and uses this excuse…
I only replied to your post as an opportunity to laugh at just how ridiculous the so called non-fanbois claim players whine and then nonstop whine about fictional perceptions.
I personally like this management group, and there will always be something to scratch your head over, but my goodness what a refreshing change over Benning and Gillis, the former is a dolt the latter an arrogant wiener. |

Toronto is the 4rth largest city(in NA) north of Mexico you ignorant (frank).
Just listened to the Demko interview again. When asked if it was his knee... first word out of his mouth was "yeah" then he went on about it being muscle related. So much for the story you made up.
What's with you and your lying all the time? Is it a low testosterone thing or what? |

Fantasy question.
15 team points only pool. Snake draft with 15th overall pick.
Keep 1 (or none)…
A. Keller in the 3rd round (45th pick)
B. Mittelstadt in the 12th round
C. Neither. Not enough value. |

Apparently Lekkerimaki looked pretty good alongside Petey and Debrusk today. Hope we get to see them together in preseason games |

Even I would look good playing on a line with DeBrusk |

Can't see them not trying him there. He needs a legitimate look in the top 6. There is a massive log jam in the bottom 6 right now. No room to add a offensive slight of frame rookie there...
Most likely he spends the season playing on a line with Raty in Abby.

I like the kid but he would get demolished in the NHL. Needs more time to add strength and size |

I won't be surprised to see him get a real shot, as there is an opening on the right side top 6, it might not be to start the season, but a 20 game stint in the AHL might be enough for the kid to be ready.
Not sure if the kid added some muscle this off-season, but if he did, he just might be ready to go for the start of the season. |

I'm ok with letting him marinade. Barring injuries, the last half of the season would be an ideal time. As long as he's doing what he should in the A.
They really need him and maybe another ELC to pan out next season, when the beefy part of the OEL buyout hits. |

It is always good adding some youth onto the team, the problem with some ELCs though is performance bonuses that get tied to the cap, which is one of the reasons why it is always good to have some cap wiggle room. |
