Random emphasis on words really drives home the point Kevyn, well done.

Nobody, absolutely nobody will learning anything of value from that wasted 50 minutes.. "In fact we are all dumber for listening to it"

I'm still going through the playback but, yeah. Nothing new or interesting.

Brought up the future contract excuse to not fill out the cap. Which has some merit, but not enough. He's afraid to pick up short term UFAs via trade.

I want to be hopeful, I really do. Having ruff as our coach provides a glimmer, im not sure if anyone can deny that but man most everything adams said is nothing but mouth diarrhea

How can you be deep at every position but admit that you are banking on rookies and 19-23 year olds to fill the scoring void you admittedly were trying to trade for a top 6 forward to fix before the draft? Didn't he learn anything about linear progression?

His spiel about everything being to win was great but he has continuously fallen short in constructing a roster to do so. The money spending comments are laughable. Good GMs make their teams better and make the cap work for them

They are 8 something million under the cap with one of the youngest teams in the league. What the (frank) is he even talking about the owner is willing to spend as much as they need to win for? One or both of them are liars

There's more im sure I already forgot about but here's to hoping ruff has the magic wand, they stay healthy and every young player who needs to take a step does so

Otherwise its another lottery pick

Jeff Skinner's cap space is worth more than Jeff Skinner the player, which is something

Kulich is the only prospect with the Sabres main group

Gilbert is there, Reimer is not

Fitting. He's the one who stood out and deserves the extra look.

I know Rosen and Helenius came on against Pitt, but both were underwhelming to me. Ostlund waxed and waned, same with RyJo. I thought Wahlberg looked better than all four. Hbu?

What player has left the Buffalo organization through either trade, buyout, FA or even expansion draft and got worse?

Edit*

He had more points the year after he left the organization than any point during his tenure in Buffalo:

Kevyn confirmed he doesn't have any restrictions on spending, he's just incompetent and doesn't understand how to run a team

Not to the team that was in the cup finals last year. Just to the team with the 13 year playoff drought

clueless

last summer was the perfect time to use that cap space for 1 year deals while other teams were strapped

we overpay jost, johnson, okposo, girgens with that space

follow it up again by overpaying joker and zucker on 1 year deals this past summer

The only bigger, recent names I can think of are Robin Lehner and Risto. Lehner went off the rails and Risto has gotten steadily worse.

It's almost inconceivable that he is thinking about next year at all. Buddy, there might not be a next month for you, let alone next year

I liked all their games, Rosen underwhelmed. I needed to see more from him, even if that was 200' game and not so much on the score sheet.

No one said NHL games like Kulich. Now let's see if he carries it through camp. Last year he was average at the tournament and invisible in camp. Really hoping he knocks out Greenway.

Hoping it's Captain related. Guess you would have seen if he blew his Achilles out, so that's a plus.
