(frank)….it’s 3rd and 2….run Barkley…..if he only gets a yard…then on 4th TUSH PUSH!!!….horrible drop….but why even do it? Losing faith in Sirianni. - landros 2
Sirianni or the OC who calls the plays? Sirianni had nothing to do with it.

I agree that Kellen Moore called the play but the HC has something to do with everything. Their defensive line is just bad. Edge rushers, Carter and Davis are just no shows.

LOL, I have not commented on whether Luchanko will or won't grow into a physically bigger player than Frost. - MJL
Jett already weighs more than Frost, is 7 years younger than Frost and both are listed at the same height. What I don't understand is what does it matter? |

When Jett was drafted he was listed at 5'11" 187lbs. Both Jason M and Lappy have stated when Jett reported to rookie camp he tacked on another 10 lbs of muscle this summer, so that puts him at 197lbs. Frost is listed as 5'11" and 193lbs. Both players are the proper size to handle the grind of an NHL season. I don't expect either player to ever be a physical threat out there, but I have been impressed at Luchanko's willingness to get into the corners and win puck battles. Frost at this age did not do that, but now from what I have seen Frost does. |

Did Frost add any muscle or weight this off season? How many games did you watch Frost play at 18 years of age?

Who’s ever call it was then…was a call that didn’t have to be made. Sure it finish’s the game….but there’s really no reason to be aggressive there. We will now see if this team is as fragile as they were last year when they fell apart. At least I get my Flyers to look forward too….oh wait. |

who cares. frost will be 26 and entering his 6th year of pro hockey.
when do we get to the point of what you see is what you get? how much more "developing" is left? he needs to take big strides this year. no more excuses. |

I mentioned the other day a friend of mine who’s a scout for a rival, met with JL before draft and said he’s bigger and stronger then he thought….with the caveat that he really didn’t use his strength in his game…actually their games, Frost and JL are similar…although JL uses his above average speed better then Frost ever did. I have been impressed with JL so far…but also remember watching a bunch of Frosts D+1 year and coming away a fan. |

It’s time for Frost to either put a year together or perhaps move on to another opportunity. If he indeed is the C for Michkov then this a year he has to produce…color me skeptical. |

I keep hearing that Frost is still developing? Eh what? This season is his last chance. It's $hit or get off the pot time. He's played in 230 NHL games, so it gets to a point where he is what he is. NO MORE EXCUSES! |

This is a big year for Frost and the Flyers, and Frost has to play consistently regardless of whether the Flyers decide to keep him or not. I predict the Flyers will move him at the deadline. I just don't see the Flyers committing to Frost long term unless he has a career year, which I don't see happening. I agree that we have seen what Frost is at this point. |

Just saw the end of the Eagles game. Good ole prevent defense. Prevents you from winning! I hate it! I hate it in football and hockey! Just play the damn game! They hadn't scored a TD all night, so go into prevent and they go right down the field. Just stoooopid! |

Travis Konecny through his first 233 NHL games had a season high point total of 49 points. Morgan Frost through his first 229 NHL games had a season high point total of 46 points.

I wish they would make Frost Michkov's center. Put Tippett on the other side and let's see what he has. |

LOL, leaving off right from where you were last night, I see. It's not about an expectation of what Frost is going to do this season. It's to counter the ignorance from some that Frost is what he is after playing 229 NHL games. I personally would not play Frost and Michkov together.

And yes, my guess is that Coots will be playing with Michkov if he is healthy.
