that is the main concern, yes. I understand that pro athletes are competitive but considering these games are meaningless I really don't get the risks they're taking and the intensity involved.
there have been talks about inserting rules to force teams to match each other's lineups in terms of AHL/NHL caliber during pre-season games, which could potentially help, but wether this actually leads to anything remains to be seen. |

They decided to sit most of their stars cause all the injuries around the league. Its the right choice. The most important thing is to stay healthy for the start of the season. |
