You take me way too seriously. Don't get me wrong. I disagree with MJL and others on this forum about Risto, in that I think he is a good player that has improved greatly under Torts and Shaw, and there was time during the 2022 season where Risto was the Flyers best defenseman IMO. But now I say it more for fun. Sort of like others that like to berate Frost, just to see the reaction. What I do is bring HOCKEY content and discussion to this forum. I come on here to clear my brain from work and talk about the team I have loved since I was 8 years old, and I'm not even from Philly. I don't think you care what I think, but I agree with the others who tell you to avoid the drama. Stick to hockey and things will be good. And the most important thing that I never forget is, its hockey, not life and death. Enjoy the banter. - jd250
Here is the problem. Just like with Farabee, it's not only a question of hockey knowledge but simply a question of common sense. How can a player who in the past was playing on the top pairing for a team and as a 2nd pair defenseman with the Flyers. Who has put up multiple 40 point seasons in the NHL. Now he has been reduced to a 3rd pair NHL defenseman, whose offense has completely dried up, be considered greatly improved?

any thoughts on Nick Abruzzese being waived by Toronto?

"Any thoughts on why you had so many stepdad’s growing up? Now that’s the view I need to hear."

Above was my question to you. Followed by your response.
Since you want to talk about right or wrong. How would you classify that response? - hello it's me 2050
Here’s the difference dummy!
I’m not arguing what is said about one’s family. You’re not remotely closing to being right. I don’t know your family. You know I’m black and go for a deep dive whenever you can. That’s the difference. This isn’t a family argument because you don’t know my family but you do know what color I am.
Like what? Give me an example of the hill I have died on? There is a difference between having an opinion about a situation and dying on a hill. For exmple, I was very fearful Michkov would not come over from Russia after the Flyers drafted him and wanted the Flyers to draft Leonard. Well, that fear was real but it turned out to be wasted, because here Michkov is. When you share a take on something, you do so with courage. You can't be afraid to be wrong. People are wrong most of the time anyway. But if we were all afraid to predict anything, what fun would that be? - jd250
I agree but the issue is when you're proven wrong, you keep on believing something when it has been overwhelmingly proven that you are wrong. How many times do you have to be proven wrong about something? How many times does another source have to prove that they know more than you do? That's dying on the hill.

What? I asked about your stepdad’s. What’s wrong with that? You followed up by telling me I don’t know who my father is and saying he was a bum…and called this facts. What is this based on? If you wanna do this innocent act, I can play that game..

No response? Suddenly don’t want to be involved? - roenick97
I’ve said all I wanted to say. Is there more ? Not to me.
If you can’t handle the conversation don’t involve yourself. It’s like you said. You don’t know he’s racist and you don’t care.
You were raised well. - roenick97
Either you want to have an adult conversation or you don’t. Choice is yours. - roenick97
You wouldn't know an adult conversation if it jumped up and bit you in the ass!
