Krebs confirmed he accidentally got his stick up on Dahlin in front of the net which led to Dahlin's reaction. He said they both practice hard and they are still friends. |

Krebs said after practice he hit Dahlin high earlier. So Dahlin got him back.
All is fine.
And I’ve like Krebs this year. He also fights 1000X harder than tuch - Sabretooth9
To be honest, I liked what he did with Tuch/Tage. I wonder if we can't spread the love a bit more this way:
Krebs Tage Tuch
Peterka Cozens Quinn

I like how everyone is all (frank) krebs in here.
Member when he was the king of the castle because he was traded for Eichel.

He's played very well for us this year. He's not Briere Lite as we'd hoped, but, IMO, he has a place here as that swiss army knife forward you can play anywhere. |

When he was what? Lol
Perhaps its lost on me but I was never a big fan. It was quite clear from the start here hes a non threat shooting and never seems to make a difference when he gets an opportunity to move up in the lineup
Maybe he can prove us wrong? |

At the end of the game Saturday he Swiss knifed himself into a brutal turnover that led to two icings and Florida being able to pull the goalie with tired legs for the sabres
Hes meh, has always been meh and I dont expect it to change

Every player makes mistakes, his have been few. Especially, if the best we got is one play that lead to two more icings that led to a goalie pull that didn't matter...
He has made numerous good plays, particularly on o-zone retrievals. Not saying he's ever going to be some great top6 talent, but his skating is good, motor is high end and his passing has improved. He will make another team better if we lose him IMO. |

Like I said maybe he will prove us wrong but I dont subscribe to the notion that bottom 6/4th liners on the sabres are irreplaceable |

I wouldn't say he's irreplaceable either, you're right. I just don't want him gone as a lot do. He looks a lot better than last season, where even I was ready to throw in the towel. That Achilles injury took a couple years off his development and we rushed him as is, so I think he's still got time for it to click. Time will tell though. |

I think im almost done seeing Cozens at center.
I know u might not like this but would not mind Quinn on the 3rd line. Gives them a sniper on all 3 lines then |

Outside last game, Quinn has been awful, so can't complain. The hot hand should get the higher amount of minutes. That being said, I thought getting the "Kid" line back together might jumpstart Cozens/Quinn.
Someone needs to stick at C though. Folks talking about Tage as if he's better on the wing as well. IF both aren't true centermen, IMO, we fooooooked. |

Curious, is anyone actually expecting big changes this week?

Not with how they played the last two games, IMO. Should they? That's another question.
If you were behind the bench...you rolling with the same lines/pairings?
Do you reward Levi for the win with another start as well? |

Maybe I'm just boring. I didn't go crazy after the first 3. I wouldn't make any big changes now. Last thing I'd consider is touching is the 3rd line, and I see some changing 2/3 of it. I don't think Krebs or Kulich have displaced anyone in the top 9, but it's nice to see them being noticeable on the ice. I get the urge. It's more fun to get over-excited about the kids than appreciating the vets.
What is easier today is giving JJ or Benson additional time to get healthy.
I'm going UPL-Levi-UPL this week. Think that's an easy one, unless Levi throws a shutout.

Kulich played well with cozens and Quinn
I think benson drops to the 3rd line.
JJ. Tage. Tuch
Kulich cozens Quinn
Benson McLeod zucker
Then rotating Geenway. Laff beck and NAL when he gets back
Sad part but also good part is. I will miss having Krebs in the lineup |

I just looked up their stats for their 2 games
levi 2.57 gaa
6k 2.56 gaa
just split them 50/50 unless one runs with it
they only have 2 back to backs in the next 5 weeks |

Levi has outplayed UPL by a wide margin.
He should be playing 2 out of 3 games |
